Who builds ValidaSign
ValidaSign℠ is built and operated by J. Allyn Works, a California sole proprietorship. There is no venture board and no sales team — just a small shop that works in real estate and got tired of paying subscription fees for software that sits idle most of the month.
Because we are a sole proprietorship, you will never see "ValidaSign, Inc." on an invoice or a contract. What you will see is a working product, a real person answering support email, and pricing that does not change on you.
Our mission
Make legally binding signature a utility, not a subscription. Every signed document carries an ESIGN- and UETA-compliant audit trail and a certificate of completion, and every signing ceremony can run in English or Spanish so that the person signing actually understands what they are agreeing to.
Bilingual signing is not a checkbox for us. In California, half the paperwork that matters gets explained twice — once in English for the file, once in Spanish for the family. ValidaSign does both in the same ceremony.
The pay-per-document philosophy
You pay $1.40 per document. No seats, no monthly minimum, no annual contract, no overage penalty. Send four documents in March and nothing in April, and you pay for four documents. Credits do not expire.
Most e-signature vendors bill $300 to $600 a year whether you send 5 documents or 500. For agents, small brokerages, contractors, and family businesses, that math never worked. This is the fix.
