Three steps
How ValidaSign℠ Works
Send a document for signature in about two minutes. $1.40 per document, no subscription, bilingual signing built in.
- 1
Upload your document
Drop in any PDF — a purchase agreement, a lease, an invoice, a disclosure packet. Nothing to install and no account needed to start.
- 2
Add signers and place signature fields
Enter each signer's name and email in signing order. Signature fields snap to the anchors already in your document, or you place them yourself.
- 3
Send — signers sign in English or Spanish
Each signer gets a secure link and signs in their browser. When the last signature lands, everyone receives the certified PDF with its certificate of completion.
What the signer sees
Signers never create an account. They open the link, read the document in the browser, type or draw a signature, and confirm. If the document was sent in Spanish, the whole ceremony — instructions, buttons, consent language, and the confirmation email — is in Spanish.
Multiple signers sign in the order you set. Each one is emailed automatically as their turn comes up, and you can resend a request at any time.
What you get at the end
A single certified PDF: the original pages, the signatures placed where they belong, a tamper-evident stamp on every page, and a certificate of completion listing each signer's name, email, IP address, and Pacific Time timestamp. Records are retained for at least four years.
