The Fine Print
Partner Program Terms
1. Eligibility
Anyone with an ValidaSign account can join. No application required.
2. Commission Structure
20% of the net purchase amount on every credit pack bought by a referred user, for the lifetime of that user's account.
3. Attribution
First-touch attribution with a 90-day cookie window. The first affiliate link a user clicks gets credit. Self-referral is not permitted.
4. Cookie Duration
90 days from the initial click. If the user signs up within that window, attribution is locked permanently.
5. Payouts
Affiliates may request payouts when their available balance reaches $1.00 or more. Payouts are processed within 14 business days via PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer. ValidaSign reserves the right to withhold payouts pending fraud review.
6. Prohibited Activities
Bidding on "ValidaSign" brand terms in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.); sending unsolicited emails (spam) containing referral links; misrepresenting the product, pricing, or commission structure; cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of artificial traffic; creating coupon/discount sites that imply unauthorized discounts.
7. Termination
ValidaSign may terminate any affiliate account for violation of these terms, with forfeiture of unpaid commissions earned through prohibited means. Legitimate earned commissions will be paid out upon termination.
8. Modification
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
9. Liability
ValidaSign is not responsible for affiliate tax obligations. Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents.
